A few months ago, I heard about OmniDiskSweeper on some podcast and decided to give it a try. It is amazing how quickly you build up junk or files become obsolete and they quickly suck up your drive space. OmniDiskSweeper certainly does the job in helping you find big, useless files.
When you start the application, it presents you with with a Drive List. Select one drive, and click

Sweep Selected Drive.
A new windows will pop up and you will see the directory size changing as the space usage is tabulated.

Once the space inventory is complete, you wil be presented with the final stats.
You can now start navigating the folders by clicking on the arrow symbols.

It is that simple!
